Family Services is at the core of the support that HFH provides. Prospect has a dedicated Family Services team who guides residents in creating an individualized plan to move on to permanent housing. This includes a Director of Family Services, Case Managers who work one-on-one with each family, Client Care Coordinators (social workers) who provide more specialized assistance, trainings, and referrals, and Housing Specialists who focus on housing needs—from criteria for housing subsidies to apartment referrals. Access to on-site substance use treatment services through Camelot is also available.
