Clinton Afterschool & Recreation

Afterschool & Recreation programming offered at Clinton Family Residence will be be provided on-site to families who reside at the residence. Each of HFH’s Afterschool & Rec programs tailors to the particular interests and needs of the children who attend the program. Some sites use a Club and Team model. Others focus on themes. All of the programs provide homework help, tutoring, and opportunities for field trips and cultural excursions that enhance the children and youth’s school-day education. Staff look forward to working with the children to build an engaging, welcoming atmosphere that includes a program mascot chosen by and created by the kids.

Clinton Family Services

Family Services is at the core of HFH’s service model. Clinton Family Residence has a dedicated team who will work with residents to assist them in creating an individualized plan to move on to permanent housing. This includes a Director of Family Services, Case Managers who work one-on-one with each family, Client Care Coordinators (social workers) who provide more specialized assistance, trainings, and referrals, and housing specialists who focus on housing needs–from criteria for housing subsidies to apartment referrals.
