PFR offers Early Learn and UPK programs for children born in 2018 and 2019 and is staffed with Certified Teachers, licensed by the NYC Department of Education. There are free and low-cost options: HRA, PA, and ACS vouchers are accepted.

School day hours are 8 am – 2:20 pm
Extended Stay hours until 6 pm
