Families access a wide range of support services from a team of Housing Specialists, Employment Specialists, Case Managers, and Client Care Coordinators. Access to on-site substance use treatment services through Camelot is also available.

Employment Services at HFH sites provide critical resources and connections for parents who are residing at our family residences. These services take on a variety of forms from more formal workforce training and apprenticeship programs like Family Works and access to Allie’s Place Center for Culinary Education & Employment to resume writing, interview coaching, and job referrals. Depending on the site and the needs of the residents, this also may include an on-site boutique where residents can shop for free new and used interview or job clothing as well as access to supplies like USB thumb drives to keep their resumes and cover letters. In certain instances, employment services starts with assistance in getting a GED or classes to learn English as a Second Language.
