It was a busy week at Allie’s Place Center for Culinary Education & Employment! Students in the Bistro Workshop served up Corned Beef on Rye, Matzo Ball Soup, and Vegetarian Hungarian Goulash, while Hospitality students teamed up with Chef Jayda to run Allie’s Coffee Spot—serving lattes alongside fresh-baked cookies, cream puffs, and coffee cake. These pop-ups help students practice barista and customer service skills in a real-world setting.
