Graduates of the 60-Hour Culinary Training Program at the Culinary Center at Allie’s Place can continue building their skills through advanced culinary workshops focused on specialized techniques, cuisines, and real-world kitchen experience.
During a recent Line Cook 101 workshop, students practiced preparing ingredients quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Working in larger batches helped simulate the pace and volume of a professional kitchen while giving them hands-on experience with the organization, preparation, and teamwork required of a line cook.
These advanced workshops give grads more opportunities to prepare for careers in the food service industry and beyond.
