Yoga helps those who practice it learn about themselves, cope with stress, improve concentration, and much more. These valuable life lessons are particularly important for homeless and at-risk youth. That’s why Homes for the Homeless offers yoga (taught by Lineage Project) to students in its FutureLink after school program at the Prospect family shelter in the South Bronx. FutureLink serves students ages 12-17 in the shelter and from the surrounding community.
