Allie’s Place Afterschool & Recreation is proud to recognize Mason as the Gator of the Month for May 2024. Mason always shows up to program excited for the day and is respectful to both staff and classmates alike. He is responsible, dependable, honest, and follows instruction. We can always depend on him to do the right thing—even when no one is watching. We are extremely lucky to have someone of his integrity in program. Congratulations, Mason!

Allie’s Place Afterschool & Recreation is proud to honor Amaia as the Gator of the Month for April 2024. One of our newer Gators, Amaia has wasted little time making her presence felt. She is not shy to express herself and be a friend to staff and students alike. Whether it’s talking about how much she loves school or enthusiastically sharing her passion for Lilo & Stitch, she always has a smile on her face.  The sky is the limit for Amaia, a terrific addition to the program. Congratulations, Amaia!

Allie’s Place Afterschool & Recreation is proud to honor Love as the Gator of the Month for March 2024. Love always shows up to program with a smile on her face and leaves with that same smile. Once she puts her mind on something, she’s going to master it—the Afterschool team has watched her grow from a drumming novice into the next Neil Peart (one of the greatest drummers ever). With Love’s mindset, the sky’s the limit for what she will be able to achieve. Congratulations, Love!

Noah is a friend to all in program; whenever he enters the class, the other children’s faces light up. We’ve seen him grow from a shy boy to a young man who does not shy away from trying new things. He is a pleasure to have in program and a perfect example of what it means to be Gator of the Month. Congratulations, Noah!

Allie’s Place Afterschool & Recreation is proud to honor Ayden as the Gator of the Month for January 2024. Since he began attending Afterschool & Recreation, he has become increasingly more confident in speaking to his peers, and it is evident how much he enjoys attending the program. Ayden is a thinker, a hard worker, and an outstanding student. He is a wonderful example of someone who remembers, “When the going gets tough, the tough get going!” Congratulations, Ayden!

She is always helpful and respectful to staff and her fellow Gators alike and is a pleasure to have in the program. She is a perfect example of what it means to be Gator of the Month. Allie’s Place Afterschool & Recreation is proud to honor Fahtima as the Gator of the Month for October 2023. Our newest Gator, Fahtima fits into program like a missing puzzle piece. Fahtima always comes to the Afterschool program with an eagerness to be around her peers and engage in daily activities. Even though she participates in other extracurricular activities—including basketball, karate, and dance—she always makes sure to stop by and is never afraid to use her voice. A terrific addition to the Allie’s Place Gator family, the sky is the limit for Fahtima. Congratulations, Fahtima!

Allie’s Place Afterschool & Recreation is proud to honor Angel E. as the Gator of the Month for September 2023. Angel first came to the Allie’s Place Afterschool & Recreation Program roughly a year ago speaking very little English. He is now not only comfortable speaking English, but he has also developed a sense of confidence to speak his mind as he sees fit. He also takes on the role of a translator for others when needed. A loyal participant, Angel shows up almost every day—rain, snow, or shine. We enjoy seeing his smile every day. Congratulations again, Angel!

Allie’s Place Afterschool & Recreation is proud to recognize Angel I. as Gator of the Month. Cool, calm, and collected are the perfect words to describe Angel; it’s hard to get under his skin or bring him down. A man of few words, he’s not afraid to speak his mind when it comes to matters of right and wrong. If he’s not setting the new “high score” playing Sonic, he’s thinking of ways to uplift his fellow Gators. Congratulations, Angel, and thank you for being a part of Allie’s Place!
